Refund policy

At GENUINE15.12, every belt is crafted by hand using the finest vegetable-tanned leather. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition — unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 

Please note that vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material that begins to develop its patina from the moment it is first handled. Items that show signs of use, scratching, or exposure to moisture will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper care
- Custom or personalised orders (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at the email address listed on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. GENUINE15.12 cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
