Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Italy
Free standard shipping on all orders (launch promotion).

Europe
Free shipping on orders over €150. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate of €15 applies, calculated at checkout.

International (United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United States)
A flat international shipping rate of €50 applies, calculated at checkout.

Transit times vary depending on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed by GENUINE15.12.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. GENUINE15.12 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
