GENUINE15.12 specialises in handcrafted leather goods made from vegetable-tanned calfskin. Each piece is unique — natural variations in grain, texture, and colour are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. Vegetable-tanned leather will develop a distinctive patina over time, which is a hallmark of its quality and authenticity.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen calibration and the natural characteristics of the leather.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided. Order acceptance is confirmed upon receipt of an email confirmation from GENUINE15.12.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be fully refunded.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), consumers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the withdrawal period. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of GENUINE15.12 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
